Enforced Rules for 2010

PCAQ will be enforcing this year that every pony club rider MUST attend two rally days
in the previous 12 months before being permitted to compete at ANY PCAQ event.

That means no competing at Gymkhanas, Hack, Dressage, Showjumping. etc.
unless the 2 rally days have been attended.

Also, before any rider can compete at a STATE CHAMPIONSHIP event they must have obtained at least a C Certificate if they are 13yrs and over.

These are PCAQ rulings which GPC must follow.

Here at Greenbank Pony Club we encourage children and adults, from beginners to experienced, to ride and to enjoy all kinds of disciplines connected with horses and riding, such as Sporting, Dressage, Hack, Cross Country and Jumping.

Pony Club is for all ages, male and female, and is something the whole family can do together, either as a competitor or a spectator.  Our Club provides instruction in riding and horsemanship and teaches members how to care for their horse's in a family friendly atmosphere.

Throughout the year  we also run schools with professional instructors  e.g. Anthony Murray and  Tammy Stephens

Our club has many instructors who are very experienced with many years of riding and teaching between them, and are fully qualified to instruct in all facets of riding.   They are up to date with all the latest techniques and PCAQ safety rules

Greenbank Pony Club welcomes new members, so please feel free to contact one of our committee members for details on how to join us for a funtastic horsey time.
